Matthew brings nearly a decade of experience building and leading high-performing sales organizations in
fast-paced, high-growth environments. He’s known for developing scalable processes, fostering strong
team cultures, and consistently delivering results through data-driven strategy and collaboration.
Most recently, Matt led the sales organization at Galactic Advisors (B2B cyber security SaaS) through a
hypergrowth phase, driving triple digit sales growth and revenue gains. He built new outbound and
retention programs from the ground up, implemented key performance metrics and compensation
structures, and partnered cross-functionally to launch new products and improve sales efficiency.
Before that, Matthew held senior leadership roles at Kin Insurance and GEICO, where he built and
coached top-performing teams, introduced new markets and products, launched new sales and SDR
programs, and improved conversion, retention, and profitability across multiple markets.
Matthew brings a balanced approach that blends creativity, structure, and a passion for continuous
improvement. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending quality time with his family, golfing, fishing, following
Mizzou and Chicago sports, and tackling DIY projects. He lives in Fort Myers, Florida with his wife and
four children.
